Dataproces secures new agreement with a German municipality
Through its collaboration with Lexis & Rother Partnerschaftsgesellschaft, Dataproces has signed an agreement with another German municipality for the preparation of a school development plan.
The assignment covers school development planning for the municipality's six primary schools and two upper secondary schools. Among other things, Dataproces will prepare projections of the development in pupil numbers and carry out a professional assessment of the future development in the municipality's school sector. The school development plan is to be delivered by the end of 2026 and will subsequently be included in the municipality's political process and further planning.
The agreement is another concrete sale stemming from Dataproces' strategic partnership with, and takeover of activities from, Lexis & Rother, which resulted in two agreements in Germany in July. As part of the collaboration, Dataproces takes over the execution of future assignments within school development, daycare, and capacity planning, while Lexis & Rother contributes professional expertise, experience, and relationships in the German municipal market.
The new advisory assignments contribute independent revenue while also giving Dataproces access to new municipal customers and greater insight into their needs. This supports the company's long-term ambition to build a stronger advisory and software business in the German market.
CEO of Dataproces, Kasper Lund Nødgaard, states:
It is positive that the collaboration with Lexis & Rother continues to lead to concrete assignments. It confirms the value of the expertise, relationships, and market access we have gained. The advisory assignments generate revenue here and now, while also bringing us closer to German municipalities and their needs. It is an important foundation for eventually expanding our software solutions in the German market as well.
