Based on positive developments across the Group, significantly improved margins, and already realised results, Erria has raised its expectations for this year’s operating profit for the second time this year.
Erria now expects to achieve EBITDA in the range of DKK 9–10 million, compared with the previous expectation of DKK 7–9 million, while EBIT is likewise expected to improve compared with earlier guidance and is now also expected to reach DKK 9–10 million, up from the previously communicated range of DKK 6–8 million. At the same time, Erria maintains its revenue expectations for the year at DKK 200–220 million.
According to the company’s management, the recently announced upgrade is driven by continued positive developments across the Group’s five business areas and can be seen as the result of several years of strategic focus on creating profitability through efficiency improvements and cost reductions, including the complete elimination of all debt.
Erria specifically highlights three factors behind today’s upgrade. First and foremost, the company has completed a turnaround in Erria Container Services, which throughout 2025 has delivered significantly improved earnings as a result of effective cost management, an improved service mix, and high operational discipline. In addition, the Vietnamese subsidiary, Mermaid Maritime Vietnam, delivered strong results in the fourth quarter with a solid and stable earnings level, making a substantial contribution to the Group’s overall results. Finally, the acquisition and integration of Nordic Marine Partner has been completed as planned and has, since the takeover, contributed positively to both revenue and earnings, while strengthening Erria’s position within technical maritime services.
In connection with the upgrade, Erria’s Chief Executive Officer, Henrik N. Andersen, states:
We have always been good seafarers, and now we can also call ourselves good — and financially liberated — merchants. 2025 has been a pivotal and strong year for Erria, in which we have consistently focused on execution, strict cost discipline, and maximising earnings across the Group. The turnaround in ECS has been completed and is documented in the results, Mermaid Maritime is delivering strong and stable contributions, especially in the fourth quarter, and the effective integration of NMP has already strengthened both scale and profitability. Taken together, this provides a solid and well-documented basis for upgrading our expectations for this year’s results.
