Clarification of information in the media

By way of background, Valuno's Chairman of the Board described in an interview the Company's work to stabilise operations and restore its financial and operational performance. The Chairman further stated that the Company had entered a difficult financial position as a result of previously inadequate cost control, and that the Board's current focus is therefore on implementing the measures necessary to stabilise operations and reverse the trend.

"I would like to clarify that the Company has not, at present, identified any circumstances that give the Board reason to suspect that the historical accounting or previous financial reporting contains inaccuracies," says Peter Liljeroos, CEO of Valuno Group AB.

As has been disclosed in the Group's ongoing financial reporting, liabilities exist to parties connected to the Company, which have been recognised in the Company's quarterly and annual reports. The handling of part of these liabilities will be submitted to the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting, convened for 5 August 2026.

"I commented on the Company's situation and development in a personal post on the Company's Discord channel, which has been quoted in the media. Although no new information was disclosed, I recognise that this was not an appropriate format. The Company's external liabilities and financial position have been openly disclosed in its ongoing reporting, and I regret that I was not clearer on this point," says Jörgen Eriksson, Chairman of the Board of Valuno Group AB.
