Clarifying information regarding Valuno's accounting
In response to media reports concerning Valuno's accounting, Valuno Group AB (publ) ("the Company") wishes to clarify that the statements regarding incorrect accounting made by Chairman of the Board Jörgen Eriksson were incorrect.
In the Company's press release of 8 July 2026, the Company stated that it had not identified any circumstances giving reason to suspect errors in the historical accounting. The Company now wishes to further clarify that the statements regarding incorrect accounting made by Chairman of the Board Jörgen Eriksson were unfounded. The Company's accounting for the period in question is correct, and the Company wishes at the same time to express its confidence in the previous management's work.
”Jörgen Eriksson's statements about the previous management were inappropriate, and the claims regarding the accounting were unfounded and do not reflect the important work carried out by management. There is nothing to indicate that the Company's accounting in question contains errors. The fact that the Company has significantly reviewed its costs over the past year is due to the Company's current situation and a partly new revenue model compared with the one Valuno had until this spring. I would also like to emphasise that information about the Company should always be sought through our regular and official channels”, says Peter Liljeroos, CEO of Valuno Group AB.

I offer my sincere apologies to the previous management and to anyone else who may have been affected.
