Valuno Group AB (the "Company") announces that it has decided to withdraw its current appeal of the Swedish Tax Agency’s VAT decision for the financial year 2021/2022 from the Administrative Court. The Company has engaged KPMG as new legal counsel, with the mandate to submit a new appeal and to handle other ongoing tax matters.
The purpose of this action is to restart the appeals process based on a more comprehensive factual basis, with the support of a leading advisor in tax law. The Company maintains its position that the Swedish Tax Agency’s decision lacks merit.
The Company intends to keep the market informed of any material developments in these matters. The decision is not expected to affect the Company’s ongoing operations.
