At the end of the third quarter of 2022, Vertiseit's annual recurring revenue (ARR) amounted to SEK 130 million, an increase of 98 percent compared to the previous year. The organic ARR growth amounted to 20 percent. Sequentially, ARR grew by just over 4 percent compared to the previous quarter. Compared to the previous year, net revenue increased by 110 percent to SEK 82 million. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to SEK 15 million compared to SEK 4 million last year.
QUARTER JULY – SEPTEMBER 2022
- At the end of the quarter, annual recurring revenue (ARR) amounted to SEK 130.4 million (65.9), an increase of 98 percent compared to the previous year. SaaS revenues (Software as a Service) for the quarter increased by SEK 20.4 million to SEK 39.4 million (19.0).
- Sequentially, ARR grew by 4.4 percent (6.2) compared to the previous quarter. Adjusted for acquisitions, ARR increased organically by 20.3 percent compared to the previous year.
- Net revenue increased by 110 percent to SEK 82.4 million (39.2).
- Adjusted for transaction costs related to acquisitions, earnings before depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 15.5 million (4.4) and the adjusted EBITDA margin to 18.8 percent (11.1). Unadjusted, earnings before depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 15.3 million (4.1), and the EBITDA margin to 18.6 percent (10.4).
- The quarter's net profit amounted to SEK 6.0 million (0.2).
- Earnings per share before and after dilution amounted to SEK 0.54 and SEK 0.48 respectively (0.08 and 0.07 respectively).
THE PERIOD JANUARY – SEPTEMBER 2022
- SaaS revenues (Software as a Service) increased during the period by SEK 53.3 million to SEK 94.0 million (40.6) compared to the previous year.
- Net revenue increased by 154 percent to SEK 215.7 million (84.8).
- Adjusted for transaction costs related to acquisitions, earnings before depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 34.5 million (10.9) and the adjusted EBITDA margin to 16.0 percent (12.9). Unadjusted, earnings before depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 23.2 million (8.6), and the EBITDA margin to 10.8 percent (10.2).
- The period's net profit amounted to SEK 1.3 million (1.5).
- Earnings per share before and after dilution amounted to SEK 0.69 and SEK 0.62 respectively (0.17 and 0.15 respectively).
SIGNIFICANT EVENTS DURING THE QUARTER
- No significant events took place during the third quarter, which was characterized by continued strong demand, integration work and implementation of group-wide support systems.
