ViaCon has completed the divestment of the property in StHelens, UK

On December 3, 2025, ViaCon announced that it had entered into an agreement regarding the sale of ViaCon's property in St Helens, UK.

The transaction has now received the required approvals and signatures and the transaction has now been completed.

The purchase price will be received by ViaCon within the next few days and will have a positive cash flow effect of approximately EUR 6 million.
