Voi Secures €25 Million Revolving Credit Facility

Voi Technology AB (publ) ("Voi" or the “Company”) has entered into a revolving credit facility of EUR 25 million (the “RCF”) with Danske Bank A/S and Swedbank AB (publ). The facility is intended for general corporate purposes, is currently undrawn, and matures in April 2028.
The RCF strengthens Voi’s liquidity profile by complementing the Company’s existing bond financing and strong cash position, while providing additional financial flexibility.
The agreement follows a written procedure under the Company’s outstanding EUR-denominated senior secured bonds 2024/2028 (ISIN SE0023134952), concluded on 21 October 2025, pursuant to which Voi obtained approval to increase the maximum permitted amount under a super senior working capital facility. In connection with the RCF, the Company has updated the intercreditor agreement with its relevant creditors.
