Wästbygg Gruppen has decided to merge its property construction and project development organisations focused on the residential and commercial segments, which up until now were run by two separate organisations, Wästbygg AB and Wästbygg Projektutveckling AB. This change will be effective from 1 February.
The decision will entail certain senior management changes. Until further notice, CEO of Wästbygg Gruppen, Jörgen Andersson will step in as CEO of the new merged operations. Susanne Liljedahl, today CEO of Wästbygg AB, has decided to leave Wästbygg once the change comes into effect. We would like to thank Susanne for all her hard work and commitment as CEO during her time with us. Magnus Björkander, current CEO of Wästbygg Projektutveckling AB, will take on a new role as Deputy CEO of the merged operations’ and will be in charge the marketing and product unit.
