Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) extends the conditional tender offer for its outstanding senior unsecured bonds

Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Wästbygg Group”) announced on 4 September 2024, a conditional offer to the holders of the Company’s outstanding senior unsecured green bonds 2021/2024 with ISIN SE0016798227 (the “Existing Bonds”) to tender any and all of their Existing Bonds for purchase by Wästbygg Group for cash at a purchase price equal to 100.25 per cent of the nominal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest (the “Tender Offer”).
Pursuant to the Company’s press release issued 4 September 2025, the Tender Offer expired at 12:00 CEST on 10 September 2024, unless extended, re-opened, withdrawn or terminated at the sole discretion of Wästbygg Group.
The Company hereby announces that it extends / re-opens the Tender Offer until 12:00 CEST today 18 September 2024 on otherwise unchanged terms, unless it is again extended, re-opened, withdrawn or terminated at the sole discretion of Wästbygg Group. The Existing Bonds repurchased in the Tender Offer will be repurchased at a purchase price equal to 100.25 per cent of the nominal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest and otherwise in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the tender information document dated 18 September 2024 which is available via the following link.
In accordance with the Company’s press release issued on 4 September 2024, Wästbygg Group intends to, conditional upon the successful issuance of new bonds, exercise its right for early redemption of the Existing Bonds not being tendered in the Tender Offer, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Existing Bonds at the redemption price of 100.25 per cent of the nominal amount together with accrued but unpaid interest up to (and including) the redemption date.
