White Pearl hosts H1 2026 investor briefing; presentation now available
The Company held a live investor briefing and open question-and-answer session covering its interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The presentation used on the call, together with a full transcript of the session, is now available to shareholders and the wider market.
White Pearl Technology Group AB (publ) ("White Pearl", "WPTG" or "the Company") today hosted a webcast investor briefing on its results for the first half of 2026, following publication of the interim report on 20 August 2026.
The session was chaired by Stephen Thorne, Group Chief Technology Officer, with presentations from Ebrahim Laher, Chief Executive Officer, and Vikas Gupta, Chief Financial Officer. Mattias Bergkvist, Chief Executive Officer of Aixia, gave an update on integration and international expansion following completion of the Aixia acquisition. Shareholders put questions on capitalised development, dilution, organic growth and shareholder value, all of which were answered on the call.
K E Y P O I N T S F R O M T H E P R E S E N T A T I O N
Revenue of SEK 303.8 million for the half-year, up 30.6% on the comparable period.
EBITDA of SEK 53.6 million, up 44.5%, at a margin of 17.6%.
Net profit after tax of SEK 47.8 million.
Approximately 85% of EBITDA growth in the period was organic, with the acquisitions completed in the half contributing only from the second quarter.
More than half of Group revenue on an annualised basis is now generated in Europe, principally Sweden and the Nordics.
SEK 29.5 million of development spend was capitalised in the period, relating to two proprietary platforms: UTILON, a credit management system for municipalities and utilities, and NEXUS, the Group's AI application family.
The current phase of acquisition activity is complete. Management confirmed that the focus for the remainder of the year is integration, cash conversion, and organic growth.
