Ms. Khan is a U.S.-qualified lawyer and globally recognized strategy leader with more than 25 years of experience across government, investment, technology, and emerging-market ecosystems. She brings a unique blend of legal, regulatory, investment, and public-sector expertise, having held senior advisory and executive roles across the Middle East, the United States, and global multilateral institutions.

She has served as a senior advisor within Saudi government institutions, including leadership roles in investment and sports-economy strategy, where she helped drive major economic and policy initiatives, including attracting foreign direct investment, developing regulatory frameworks, and building public-private partnerships.

Earlier in her career, she co-founded a fintech company that was ultimately acquired by E*Trade, leading complex M&A transactions and regulatory negotiations.

In addition to her corporate and public-sector roles, Ms. Khan has been involved in venture capital, family office governance, and emerging-market investment initiatives, including co-founding a $50 million venture fund focused on early-stage technology opportunities.

She currently serves in global advisory capacities, including multilateral initiatives and international economic and innovation programs.
