Stockholm – 2025-10-07 – White Pearl Technology Group AB (WPTG) today announced the strategic acquisition of Premier Brands Energy Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a South African company specializing in solar systems and energy management solutions for commercial and agricultural clients. The acquisition price is SEK 8.7 m (50% cash and 50% WPTG shares) plus an agreed earn-out of SEK 4.9 m payable over 3 years.
