Swedish consultancy Legera joins XPartners
XPartners welcomes Legera to the group. Legera is a specialist consultancy within installation management, control and monitoring systems, and energy, environment and sustainability, strengthening XPartners' installation offering in Gothenburg, Stockholm and southern Sweden.
Founded in 2010, Legera is an established consultancy in the construction and property sector with specialist expertise in building services engineering. The company works with its clients throughout the building process, from early studies and installation coordination during design to leading the coordinated testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, fire and door systems in the final stage. The services also covers the design of control and monitoring systems, contract and warranty inspection, CE marking under the Machinery Regulation, and energy and climate optimisation. Legera has some 23 employees, with its head office in Gothenburg and further offices in Stockholm and Lund. Revenue in 2025 amounted to approximately SEK 28 million.

Legera works across hospitals, schools, universities and data centres, as well as offices, retail, hotels, housing projects, sports facilities, industry and railway infrastructure. Assignments vary in scope, from short engagements of a few days to multi-year commitments depending on complexity.
