Trygve Bruland, Board Member and primary insider of Xplora Technologies AS (“the Company”) bought 60,000 shares in the Company on 15 August 2025 at a price of NOK 50.825 per share. Following the transaction, Trygve Bruland holds 660,000 shares in the Company directly and through his wholly owned company Cosimo AS.
