Camilla Öberg retires from her position as CFO at Yubico

Yubico AB (“Yubico” or the “Company”) today announces that the Company’s CFO Camilla Öberg has informed the Company that she will retire from her position as CFO in order to, going forward, focus on board assignments and other non-operational work. Camilla has been the CFO of Yubico since 2020 and will remain in her role until a replacement is appointed in order to facilitate the recruitment of a new CFO and the handover to that person. The recruitment process for a new CFO will commence immediately.
- I am happy to have been part of Yubico's successful development. I now choose to step down from operational work going forward and instead focus on my board assignments. I would like to express my gratitude for the trust it has represented to hold the position as CFO, and to all the colleagues I have had the privilege of working with, says Camilla Öberg, departing CFO.
