During the second quarter, ZymIQ focused on completing the preparations ahead of the company's planned listing. The work has covered the renegotiation of strategically important agreements, a strengthened corporate structure, measures on the balance sheet and financing preparations. In parallel, the market plans for Kalzyme and DentaPrev have continued to be implemented. It is the company's assessment that the listing will not proceed on the basis of the second quarter report, and that the next important milestone will be the report for the third quarter.

SIGNIFICANT EVENTS DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD
- ZymIQ has been granted a patent in Japan for its exclusive enzyme-based technology to prevent and break down microbial biofilms.
- Important article about ZymIQ BioPharma's work was published in the respected journal Trend of Microbiology. An important recognition of the research.
- The article has in turn attracted other researchers who write about the article. Yet another proof of the relevance of research.
- The product CombatClean is mentioned in the Home Guard's training book as a dental care product.
- ZymIQ's representatives attended major international trade fairs for defense and military, where the CombatClean brand could be showcased:
- Special Operations Medical Association Scientific Assembly (SOMA) - 2026 i Raleigh, NC, USA.
- SOF Week (Special Operation Forces) i Tampa, Florida, USA
- Finally, these major fairs ended with EUROSATORY in Paris, France
- Long-term tests with DentaPrev and CombatClean tablets showed a significantly longer shelf life, while retaining enzyme activity
SIGNIFICANT EVENTS AFTER THE REPORTING PERIOD
- ZymIQ has signed an exclusive distribution agreement for Kalzyme® with the Swedish company Imazo AB. Imazo, founded in 1962 and is today one of the Nordic region's leading distributors in the pet trade. Imazo currently has over 1600 retail outlets in the Nordic region and even maintains its own fleet of vehicles for safe deliveries.
- The technology behind Kalzyme is approved in the United States, the world's largest pet market. The patent is also not limited to animals, but covers applications on the human side, including in oral health, dermatology and wound care, expanding the potential market far beyond pets.
- The company is taking out a short-term bridge loan to strengthen cash flow prior to listing.
