Sleep Cycle signs commercial SDK licensing agreement with Ultrahuman following successful pilot
Sleep Cycle, the leading AI-powered sleep technology company, today announced that it has signed a commercial licensing agreement with Ultrahuman, a global health and wearable technology company. The agreement governs Ultrahuman’s continued use of Sleep Cycle’s proprietary Sleep SDK and follows a successful pilot collaboration initiated in November 2025.
The pilot was established to evaluate how Sleep Cycle’s audio-based sleep and respiratory intelligence could strengthen Ultrahuman’s health platform. The Respiratory Health PowerPlug combined Sleep Cycle’s sleep and respiratory intelligence with biometric signals from Ultrahuman Ring to reveal patterns, trends, and changes in snoring, coughing and respiratory disturbances.
During the pilot period, Ultrahuman's Respiratory Health PowerPlug became one of Ultrahuman's best-performing PowerPlugs. Following these results, the parties have agreed to expand the collaboration under a commercial SDK licensing agreement.
Under the agreement, Ultrahuman will continue to integrate Sleep Cycle’s technology into its platform under the “Powered by Sleep Cycle” framework. Sleep Cycle’s revenue is linked to adoption and growth within the Ultrahuman ecosystem, aligning the interests of both parties as the collaboration scales.
