Taptravel Nordic AB (publ) hereby informs that the Company has failed to make the interest payment scheduled to 3 July 2025 under the terms and conditions of the Company’s outstanding senior secured bonds with ISIN NO0013326041 in an amount of SEK 150,000,000 within a framework of up to SEK 200,000,000
