Acenta Group AB ("Acenta Group" or the "Company") today announces the successful completion of the first phase of deliveries under its exclusive partnership agreement with the Irish company Padel Sports 100 Limited ("Padel 100"). The first 12 courts have now been delivered and installed, marking the beginning of revenue generation under the agreement valued at approximately EUR 3.6 million. The next phase of 38 courts is scheduled for delivery between December 2025 and March 2026, completing the initial 50-court rollout.
The deliveries represent a key milestone in the ongoing execution of Acenta Group's long-term leasing and infrastructure partnership with Padel 100. As installations progress, the project is now moving into its next phase, generating recurring revenues for Acenta Group over the five-year leasing period. The collaboration continues to play a central role in Padel 100's nationwide expansion plan, which targets 100 courts in its current rollout phase and a further expansion thereafter.
The agreement announced in May 2025 between Acenta Group and Padel 100 relates specifically to the leasing and installation of 50 courts under a five-year partnership valued at approximately EUR 3.6 million. The project is distinct from the separate resale agreement announced later the same year, which covers an additional 120 courts for direct sale and distribution.
With the Irish rollout now progressing according to plan, Acenta Group continues to strengthen its position as a long-term infrastructure partner for leading operators in Europe's rapidly growing padel market.
"The successful delivery of the first 12 courts marks an important milestone in our partnership with Padel 100 and demonstrates our ability to deliver large-scale padel infrastructure on time and to plan. With the next phase now underway, we are beginning to see the long-term revenue model materialise - confirming the strength of our strategy and our role as a key enabler of Ireland's padel growth", says Håkan Tollefsen, CEO of Acenta Group AB.
