Acenta Group receives first order under Court Culture partnership
Acenta Group AB ("Acenta Group" or the "Company") announces that the Company has received its first order under the previously announced partnership agreement with Court Culture Pty Ltd. ("Court Culture"). The order comprises 8 padel courts, including shipping, for direct sale to Court Culture, with a total order value of approximately EUR 230,000 (approximately SEK 2.6 million). The courts included in the order will be manufactured by Padel Galis under the recently announced global distribution agreement. Production of the courts is expected to commence immediately, with delivery planned in the near term.
The order is made under Acenta Group's exclusive partnership agreement with Court Culture, announced in January 2026, which covers the sale of padel courts as well as product distribution through the e-commerce platform Sport of Padel (www.sportofpadel.com) and Acenta's proprietary brand Peliga (www.peliga.com). The agreement includes a long-term ambition for Court Culture to purchase and resell a minimum of 300 courts over five years. This order marks the first commercial padel courts transaction under the partnership agreement.
Court Culture has established an active sales pipeline and is progressing the rollout of padel facilities across the region. Based on current project development, additional orders may be placed successively, subject to customer demand, site approvals and project execution. Since the signing of the partnership agreement, operational processes related to sales, marketing and project implementation have been established, supporting continued commercial development of the collaboration.
This first order marks an important milestone in the execution of Acenta Group's partnership model, demonstrating the transition from agreement to operational delivery and revenue generation in new international markets.
