The Board of Directors of Acenta Group AB ("Acenta Group" or the "Company") has today decided to enter into a loan agreement of SEK 5.5 million (the "Loan"). In connection with the raising of the Loan, the loan announced by the Company on April 8, 2025, has been extended until March 31, 2026.

As previously communicated, Acenta Group has a partnership agreement with the Irish company Padel Sports 100 Limited ("Padel 100"), which gives Acenta Group the exclusive right to supply Padel 100 with padel courts. Padel 100 has received very high customer interest and Acenta Group's board of directors has therefore taken the decision to take out a new loan of SEK 5.5 million to be able to deliver courts faster.

Acenta Group's business model is based on leasing out courts over a five-year period, which initially puts high pressure on the Company's cash flow but provides an attractive return over time. The Board of Directors therefore considers this loan to be beneficial for the Company and its shareholders.

The loan matures on March 31, 2026. In connection with the Loan, the Company's existing loan of SEK 5.0 million, which was raised on April 8, 2025, had its maturity extended to coincide with the Loan.
