Adventure Box Technology AB ("Adventure Box" or "the Company") today announces its current Chairman of the Board, Mads Jorgensen, will transition into an advisory role with the Company, due to health reasons, and step down as Chairman effective immediatly. The Board has appointed current board member Chris Bergstresser as the new Chairman, a position he will hold until the next Annual General Meeting.

Mads Jorgensen has been an integral part of Adventure Box's leadership since joining the Board in 2024. His strategic vision and extensive experience in the iGaming industry has been instrumental in shaping the Company's direction. As he transitions to an advisory role, his insights and industry expertise will continue to benefit Adventure Box during its next phase of growth.

Chris Bergstresser, who has been serving on the Board since 2024, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record within the gaming sector. He has previously served on boards of Flagship Games Group, Mogul, reflection.io, Rightbridge Ventures AB and Miniclip, and presently also on the boards of Flexion Mobile and Ocean View. His appointment as Chairman underscores the Company's commitment to strengthening its leadership and driving forward its expansion strategy in the iGaming market.

The overall composition of the Board remains otherwise unchanged. The Company remains committed to implementing its growth strategy and ensuring that a clolaborative working relationship between the CEO, the newly formed advisory position, and the Board continues to foster strategic alignment and maintain operational momentum.
