Adventure Box Technologies AB (publ), a company listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market, announces that the newly elected Board of Directors convened its first board meeting following the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held earlier today.
The newly elected board convened today where Bo H. Iversen was formally appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Adventure Box Technologies AB.
Bo H. Iversen brings extensive experience in corporate leadership and strategic operations, and will be responsible for leading the company's next phase of restructuring and growth. Bo will take time to get a better overview of Adventure Box as well as conduct his investigations and diligence before any strategic announcements are made.
