The Adventure Box Technologies AB (publ) Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will take
place on July 30, 2025, at 9:00 AM CEST (Swedish time). The date which was reported in
the previous release as June 30, 2025 was a typo.
The purpose of the EGM is to elect a new Board of Directors for the company. The nominated candidates for election to the Board are:
Jan Bo Sørensen (LinkedIn): Born in 1965, he was originally trained as a craftsman and later completed a higher education as a Production Technologist at the University of Southern Denmark. Over the past 30 years, Jan has gained extensive knowledge in the operation and management of companies - ranging from the smallest to the largest
business units. This includes both Danish and internationally owned corporate groups.
Bo H. Iversen (LinkedIn): Bo H. Iversen is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and business leader with a strong track record in corporate turnarounds and growth strategies, particularly in listed environments. Most recently, he served as CEO of Conferize A/S (now Unlimit Group A/S), a Danish publicly listed company that he
successfully stabilized through capital raising, restructuring, and renewed commercial focus. Beyond his executive experience, Bo is also a partner in a consulting firm specializing in business development, commercialization, and financing. He remains an active investor in growth-stage companies.
Jesper Wedel Søe (LinkedIn): A successful entrepreneur with significant background in successful start-ups, Jesper is an experienced startup specialist with a background particularly in the retail and hospitality industries.
Once the board is appointed, a new CEO will be elected and announced as soon as possible.
