Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) has successfully extended and expanded its lease agreement with Ljungbyheds Driving Track (Ljungbyheds Motorbana AB) in Ljungbyhed Park. The new agreement, which spans four years and covers a total of 2,600 sqm, marks a strengthened collaboration with the police to provide customized facilities for their training programs in the park.
Ljungbyhed Park is a future-oriented cluster for education, research, and development-both on the ground and in the air-closely linked to the existing airport within the park. Since 2010, Ljungbyhed driving track has been a key player in Campus Ljungbyhed, offering event and training services. In recent years, the training operations have intensified, with a particular focus on providing educational spaces for police and emergency services.
The new agreement further solidifies the driving track's role as a significant training site for police education programs.
