Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) has strengthened its solid foundation for continued profitable and sustainable growth in 2024. The property operations have delivered strong results, the property portfolio has expanded, and the growth journey ahead has been clarified through revised financial targets and a successful refinancing. With sustainability as our guiding principle, we will continue to grow both through acquisitions and investments in the existing portfolio.
