Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) receives and award for having Sweden's most satisfied office tenants in the medium-sized company segment, according to this year's Fastighetsbarometer Kontor. The survey, presented today by CFI Group, measures tenant satisfaction with premises, service, and property management quality. In this year's survey, Annehem achieved a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 81.

The result represents a clear improvement from 79 in 2024 and 74 in 2023 on a scale of 0-100. The positive trend reflects the company's long-term commitment to building close and personal relationships with its tenants.
