Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) was one of the first companies to qualify for the Nasdaq Green Equity Designation and now announces that it is entering its fifth year as a green stock, following S&P Global Ratings' annual review of the company's sustainability performance. The green classification serves as proof that more than 50 percent of the company's revenue is derived from green activities and that the business carries out a significant share of green investments. The designation aims to highlight companies that meet high sustainability standards for investors.
"Sustainability is a key driver that permeates both our investments and our daily operations. We are therefore pleased to enter yet another year as a green-labelled share. The classification enhances transparency and makes it easier for investors to choose companies that contribute to the climate transition," says Monica Fallenius, CEO of Annehem Fastigheter.
The outcome of the 2025 assessment showed that 72 percent of rental value and 82 percent of the fair value of properties are classified as green according to the review. The full report is available here.
