Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) ("Annehem" or the "Company") hereby announces, in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 18 of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980), that the Company on 23 March 2026 repurchased in total 1,001,733 own class B shares and that Annehem's holding of treasury shares thereby exceeded the threshold of five percent of the total number of shares. As of 23 March 2026, the Company's holding of own shares amounted to 4,473,224 class B shares.
The Company's holding of own shares amounts to 5.06 percent of all shares in the Company, 2.47 percent of the votes based on the number of votes before the reclassification of 3,000,000 class A shares which was announced on 19 March 2026 and 2.90 percent of the votes based on the number of votes after the reclassification of 3,000,000 class A shares.
The repurchases are made in accordance with the Board of Directors' resolution to repurchase own shares announced on 23 February 2026. The repurchases may continue from 23 February 2026 up until the Annual General Meeting 13 May 2026. The purpose of the repurchases is to give the Board of Directors the opportunity to adjust the capital structure from time to time, thereby creating increased value for the Company's shareholders, as well as to enable the financing of acquisitions of properties or real estate companies using own shares.
