Arctic Minerals AB (publ) ("Arctic Minerals" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the proposal of Joakim Lidfeldt to join the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"). Mr. Lidfeldt is proposed to replace Krister Söderholm who retires from the Board after 13 years of service but will continue to support Arctic Minerals as a member of the Company's Advisory Committee.

Major shareholders of Arctic Minerals, representing more than 10% of the shares in the Company, have proposed Joakim Lidfeldt for election to the Board of Directors.

Joakim Lidfeldt, born 1964, brings 37 years of experience in International Financial Markets, with a strong focus on global equities, to the Company's Board. He served as Managing Director at Sanford Bernstein for 20 years and has also held senior positions at HSBC (Head of Nordic Region), Deutsche Bank (Head of Nordic Sales) and SEB (International Equities). Most recently, he has worked as a Global Portfolio Manager at AMF Fonder. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Stockholm University and is a Certified European Financial Analyst from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Ongoing assignments: Vice Chairman and Director Boo FF (Sports Club).

Independence: Joakim Lidfeldt is independent in relation to the Company and its management, as well as independent in relation to the Company's major shareholders.

Shareholdings in Arctic Minerals: Joakim Lidfeldt currently holds no shares in Arctic Minerals.

The Board of Arctic Minerals intends to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") within the coming months where Joakim Lidfeldt is proposed to be elected as new Director of the Board. Krister Söderholm has informed the Board that he will retire from the Board in connection with the EGM.
