The members of the Nomination Committee for Eniro Group AB's (publ) ("Eniro") Annual General Meeting 2025 have now been appointed. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 in Solna.

In accordance with the guidelines resolved at Eniro's Annual General Meeting 2018, which still apply, the major shareholders of Eniro have appointed a Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2025. 

The Nomination Committee includes: ·        

• Umut Akpinar, appointed by Azerion Sverige AB, Chairman·        
• Cecilia Hjertzell, appointed by SpectrumOne AB (publ)·        
• Mats Gabrielsson, appointed by B.O. Intressenter AB·        
• Morten Johansen, appointed by VIO Ljusfabriken AB and own holdings·        
• Fredric Forsman, Chairman of the Board of Eniro 

The Nomination Committee represents just over 51 percent of the total number of votes in Eniro. The Nomination Committee represents a broad experience of work on boards and nomination procedures. The Nomination Committee has appointed Umut Akpinar as Chairman. The Nomination Committee's tasks are to present proposals for the Chairman of the Annual General Meeting 2025, the number of Board members and auditors, fees to the Board and auditors, election of the Board, Chairman of the Board and auditor and, where applicable, changes to the guidelines for the Nomination Committee. 

Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so by e-mail to nominationcommittee@eniro.com no later than February 24, 2025. 

Shareholders who wish to have a matter dealt with at the Annual General Meeting must submit such a proposal to the Chairman of the Board by e-mail to ir@eniro.com no later than March 28, 2025, in order for the proposal to be included in the notice of the meeting.
