Eyeon Group has recently signed several strategic customer agreements with leading players in the insurance, telecom, and cybersecurity sectors. The total value of these contracts exceeds SEK 10 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). A substantial portion of the revenue is invoiced in advance, providing a direct positive impact on cash flow already in the second quarter. The revenue will be recognized over time in accordance with accounting standards, with an annual revenue effect of approximately SEK 12 million.
The contracts have been signed by Eyeon Group and its recently acquired subsidiary, SafeState. Several agreements are with new customers, while others represent expanded collaborations with existing clients-demonstrating strong trust in our solutions for cybersecurity, identity protection, and digital safety.
