On July 4, 2024, EyeonGroup announced the signing of a Letter of Intent with Locon SP. Z o. o. Group, initiating a strategic collaboration to jointly market and sell EyeonGroup's services in Poland. We are now pleased to confirm that a formal reseller agreement has been signed, enabling the distribution of EyeonGroup's services through Locon to one of the largest international telecommunications operators-specifically for launch in the Polish market.
Locon, a well-established Polish technology company specializing in location-based applications, has operated in the region since 1995 and maintains strong partnerships with several leading telecom providers.
This commercial agreement represents a major milestone in EyeonGroup's international expansion strategy. Through Locon's established relationship with a globally recognized telecom brand, EyeonGroup's services will initially be launched in the Polish market. This partnership provides strong local market access and also positions EyeonGroup for potential rollouts in additional markets where the telecom operator has a presence.
The agreement includes a startup fee for delivery and implementation, followed by ongoing variable revenue based on user volume. The launch is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025.
