In November, Eyeon Group AB announced that an application for a listing change had been submitted to Nasdaq First North Growth Market. Today, Eyeon Group AB announces its decision to withdraw the application for listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. This decision follows a thorough evaluation of the company's strategy and the most cost-effective path forward. The evaluation indicates that the current listing on NGM Nordic SME is the most cost-efficient option for EyeonGroup, allowing the company to focus on sales capacity, product development, and growth. In addition to lower ongoing listing costs, the decision also secures revenue sharing through NGM, amounting to approximately SEK 350,000 in the short term.
The Board of Directors, in consultation with the company's management, has concluded that EyeonGroup, as a small and rapidly growing company, needs to concentrate its resources and efforts on further developing robust sales channels and competitive product offerings. These initiatives are critical for maintaining the strong growth trajectory the company has embarked on this year. EyeonGroup remains optimistic about the future and is committed to working diligently toward achieving the company's strategy and long-term goals.
