The Nomination Committee today announced its proposal for strategic changes to the company's Board of Directors. Mattias Kaneteg, a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in building and leading companies within the internet and tech sectors, is proposed as the new Chairman of the Board. With a strong track record and deep industry knowledge, Mattias is expected to play a key role in shaping Eyeon Group's long-term growth strategy.

Board members Fredrik Björklund and Børge Granli are proposed to remain in their current positions, continuing to provide valuable expertise and continuity to the board's work. The company also wishes to extend its sincere thanks to Pontus Karsbo for his many years of service as a board member and for his contribution in helping the company pivot its operations in recent years. Proposed Chairman Mattias Kaneteg and Board Member Fredrik Björklund have informed the Nomination Committee that they will decline board fees.

At the same time, the Nomination Committee proposes Johan Kampe as a new member of the Board. Johan is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Claret Capital Partners, a leading growth capital investor. With previous experience at Silicon Valley Bank, ETV Capital, and a successful career in tech investments, Johan has been instrumental in building several high-growth companies. Claret Capital - formerly Harbert European Growth Capital - was the first external investor in Miss Group and played a pivotal role in the company's strong development. Johan's deep expertise in growth financing, corporate governance, and the European tech landscape makes him a valuable addition to Eyeon Group's continued journey.
