Kopy Goldfields AB (publ) ("Kopy Goldfields" or the "Company") will today, October 27, 2020, at 09:00 CET, host its online 2020 Capital Markets Update. Mikhail Damrin, CEO and Tim Carlsson, CFO will be presenting.
Kopy Goldfields will provide an update on the Company's strategic plans and how Kopy Goldfields has strengthened its position by adding producing assets following the merger with Amur Zoloto.
The Company will provide more information on its asset base, the synergies in exploration and production know-how, on the next steps for the producing assets in Khabarovsk region of Russia: Perevalnoye, Yubileyniy and Placer projects, as well as update on the Company's exploration and development projects.
On October 16, 2020, the Company reported updated Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves estimates of 2,756 koz of gold in the Measured, Indicated and Inferred categories for hard rock and placer assets reflecting a 32% increase in Amur Zoloto's resources and reserves compared to the previous resource estimate made in 2019. Based on the new estimates and excluding potential production from Krasny project, Kopy Goldfields targets to produce >100 koz of gold and gold equivalent by 2025 via organic growth with corresponding capex of around USD 130 million. The Company expects this to be financed by future cash flows and via loan facilities currently available for the Company.
