MTI Investment AB (Nasdaq First North: MTI), announces today that Co-founder and CEO Pontus Engström is stepping down after leading the company since its founding in 2014. Mr. Engström will remain available to the company until 30th of September 2025 to ensure a smooth transition and continuity. Mr. Engström remain a substantial and supportive shareholder of the Company.
The company is pleased to announce that Anton Dahlberg will assume the role of CEO effective immediately. Mr. Dahlberg is currently the Managing Director of TechBridge Invest, Mombasa and embarks on a background within East African investments, business development and company analytics, and with a M.Sc. in Sustainable Technology and a B.Sc in Physics. Mr. Dahlberg is based in Mombasa, Kenya.
The Company is furthermore announcing that Co-founder Trond Randøy will step down as Board Chair on 10th of December 2025 and remain a Board Member of the Company. The Company has appointed Board Member Martin Ackermann as Board Chair.
