Danderyd, Sweden - MTI Investment AB (publ) (ticker: MTI) ("MTI" or the "Company") can today, June 20, 2024, announce that the conversion from a European company (SE company) to a public limited company has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. In connection with the conversion, the Company has been assigned a new registration number.
At the Annual General Meeting held on June 7, 2024, the shareholders decided to approve the Board's proposal to convert the Company from a European company to a public limited company. The conversion has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, and the Company has been assigned a new registration number in connection with this. However, the Company remains the same legal entity as before. The Company's corporate name is now MTI Investment AB (publ), and the new registration number is 559487-1245.
