Mr. Reginald Massawe, Founder and Chairman of AML Finance Ltd in Tanzania explains that the funding is not the only thing AML looks for, but also "the international market, and international practices that we will learn from you". The goal is to "operate at a slightly higher level than we are right now", says Mr. Massawe.
