About Håkan Söderholm:
Håkan Söderholm is a seasoned industry expert with 30 years of experience in the food processing and packaging sector. He holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Luleå Technical University and Stockholm University, and has completed various management programs at IMD. Håkan was awarded into "The Ruben Rausing Circle of Entrepreneurs", an exclusive recognition within the Tetra Pak Group.

During his tenure at Tetra Pak, Håkan served in various leadership roles, most notably as Managing Director for East Africa. In this role, he oversaw operations in a region with a population of over 300 million people, driving substantial growth and innovation. His leadership was instrumental in achieving major growth in the packed liquid milk market, generating a multiplier effect that significantly increased the overall number of jobs in the region.
