The Board in Petrosibir AB (publ) has decided to postpone the date for the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to a later date. The AGM was originally scheduled to be held on 28 May 2020. The new preliminary date has been set to 25 June 2020. The background for the decision to postpone the AGM is the resolutions and recommendations issued by various authorities lately to stop or limit the spread of the corona virus, COVID-19.
Petrosibir will issue the notice for the AGM no later than four weeks in advance of the date for the AGM. The Annual report for 2019 will be issued no later than three weeks in advance of the AGM.
