Acuvi has been selected as a supplier to a Formula 1 team, marking the company's entry into elite motorsport through its precision piezo based motion technology.

Acuvi has received a strategic development order from a customer active within Formula 1 motorsport. The order relates to Acuvi's precision piezo based motion technology and deliveries are expected to take place during the second half of 2026.
The order concerns components used in high precision positioning systems where nanometer level accuracy and reliability under extreme conditions are required.
"It is very rewarding to see how our precision motion technology, which is not typically associated with high speed, turns out to play a significant role in achieving extreme velocities. This is a great example of how precision at the nanometer level is a critical enabler even in the world's fastest motorsport. To us, this is also a reminder of just how broad the market for high precision motion technology truly is", says Nils Sjöholm, CEO of Acuvi.
As is common in Acuvi's markets, customer projects often develop through several stages where strategic development orders are followed by increasing volumes as products move towards production.
Acuvi continuously receives both smaller and larger orders as customer projects develop. Not all orders are communicated individually.
The order is in line with Acuvi's strategy to grow within high precision applications in sectors such as medtech, life science, industrial automation, advanced instrumentation and other high precision industries.
