As a consequence of the new organisation that came into effect on October 1, 2025, Addtech is adjusting the reporting for the business areas. To enable comparisons in the coming financial reports, recalculated figures for all quarters of the fiscal years 2023/2024, 2024/2025 and the first two quarters of 2025/2026 are presented.

Addtech has since October 1, 2025, a new organisation that comprises of six business areas. By establishing a sixth business area and adding a number of new business units, thereby also strengthening our company clusters, we can more effectively capture future growth potential, both organically and through acquisitions.

Restated figures according to the new organisation for the past 10 quarters are available on Addtech's website and as an attachment to this press release. The first interim report according to the new structure will be for the third quarter, which will be published on February 5, 2026.
