Richard joins AFRY from Ramboll, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Managing Director for Global Transport and Global Buildings. His expertise lies in refining and executing business strategies, as well as building collaboration across borders to drive profitable growth. Richard is a proven change leader, recognized for his ability to build high-performing, unified teams.
