In line with the press release of 15 July 2020, as well as the decision of Agromino's extraordinary general meeting held on 18 September 2020, the board of directors of Agromino A/S ("Agromino") has decided to apply for the termination of public trading in Agromino's shares, shortname AGRO, ISIN code DK0060823516, and for delisting of the shares from the official list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
Agromino will today submit a delisting application to the Listing Committee of Nasdaq Stockholm requesting that the quotation of Agromino's shares on the official list of Nasdaq Stockholm will be terminated.
Based on previous communication held with Nasdaq Stockholm, upon review of Agromino's application, Nasdaq Stockholm will determine the last day of trading in Agromino's shares. The last day of trading in the shares will be announced as soon as the Company has been informed thereof by Nasdaq Stockholm.
