Due to the completion of the offer, which Quimper announced on 11 December 2018 and thereafter declared unconditional on 13 February 2019, certain change of control provisions under Ahlsell's current financing arrangement have become applicable. In connection with this, Quimper has offered Ahlsell financing on market terms to replace its financing, of which an agreement has now been reached.

Only directors which are independent from the main owner have participated in handling of the matter.
