PJ-Control is a company with good foothold in the greater Helsinki area with customers mainly in the industrial segment, maintenance and machinery production suppliers. PJ-Control has fifteen employees in its branch in Vantaa.

The acquisition is expected to be closed in January 2019 and have a minor positive impact on the Group's earnings in 2019.
