Aixia can today report that the initial integration measures of the acquisition of WhiteRed SW2 AB-which formally became part of the Aixia Group on July 1, 2025-have been implemented according to plan. Over the past month, we have worked purposefully to coordinate systems, processes and administrative support, and all steps have proceeded according to plan. The reception from both customers and suppliers has been very positive and our new colleagues have quickly integrated into our premises and work processes.

Already during the first month, the new acquisition is expected to generate a positive operating profit for the group, which strengthens our financial position, not least with regard to our ARR revenues and gives us additional muscle for future investments. We see great potential in continuing to seek similar smaller businesses for future acquisitions.

"We can acquire more smaller businesses with their own cash flow that add both knowledge, geographical proximity and customers. If we find good candidates, we will of course investigate the possibilities," says Mattias Bergkvist, CEO of Aixia.
