Last day of trading in Aixia Group AB (publ)'s Class B shares on Spotlight Stock Market set to 14 October 2026
Aixia Group AB (publ) ("Aixia") announced on 30 September 2026 that the company's board of directors had resolved to apply for delisting of the company's Class B shares (ISIN: SE0010636837, Ticker: AIXIA B) from Spotlight Stock Market.
White Pearl Technology Group AB (publ), reg. no. 556939-8752 ("WPTG"), has through a public takeover offer to the shareholders in Aixia acquired control of approximately 96.43 per cent of the shares and approximately 97.73 per cent of the votes in the company and has initiated compulsory redemption of the remaining shares.
Spotlight Stock Market has yesterday notified Aixia that the company's application for delisting of the Class B shares has been approved in accordance with Spotlight's regulations.
The last day of trading in the company's Class B shares on Spotlight Stock Market is 14 October 2026.
